Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Local Orders: 2–3 working days

• Outstation Orders: 3–7 working days

• Jammu & Kashmir, North-East India & Kerala: 5–9 working days

The above timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of logistics services, weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We process and ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery timelines will generally be calculated from the date on which the order is successfully confirmed and processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email, SMS, or other communication containing the relevant tracking number and courier/logistics partner details.

You can typically track your order approximately 24 hours after dispatch. Tracking information may take additional time to become available depending on the logistics service provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on factors such as the delivery location, order value, product type, weight, applicable logistics charges, and promotional offers.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed to the customer on www.nutscaffe.com before the order is placed.

The customer will have an opportunity to review the applicable shipping charges before completing the purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

NutsCaffe / Maa Janki Enterprises shall not be responsible for delays caused by events or circumstances including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, technical failures, force majeure events, or delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing an order.
